The Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Mortgage Advisor (QFA qualified only) to join a high-performing advisory team in Dublin.

This is a senior client-facing position focused on delivering end-to-end mortgage advice within a fast-paced brokerage environment with strong inbound demand and structured lead flow.

The successful candidate will manage a high-quality pipeline of clients, advising across purchases, switches, re-mortgages, and more complex lending scenarios.

This role is suited to a commercially driven advisor who thrives in a target-led environment and is motivated by strong earning potential (six-figure OTE achievable).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full mortgage advisory services from initial consultation through to drawdown
• Manage a busy pipeline of mortgage applications across multiple lenders
• Structure tailored mortgage solutions for first-time buyers, movers, investors, and switchers
• Liaise with lenders, underwriters, and internal support teams to progress applications efficiently
• Maintain full compliance with Central Bank of Ireland regulations and internal standards
• Deliver an excellent client experience with strong conversion performance
• Work towards and exceed individual and team performance targets
• Stay up to date with lender criteria, market trends, and product developments

Candidate Requirements

• Fully QFA qualified (essential)
• Minimum 2-4+ years' experience in mortgage advisory
• Prior experience within a mortgage brokerage strongly preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong knowledge of Irish mortgage products and lending criteria
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and compliance awareness
