The Role: what does the job involve?:

1. Sales Management: Handle policy renewals, mid-term alterations, and claims across all Personal Lines products (e.g. motor, home insurance). Cross-sell and up-sell insurance solutions to meet customer needs. Meet individual and team targets for sales, retention, and compliance.
2. Customer Relationship Management: Manage a personal portfolio of clients, ensuring queries and requests are handled professionally and efficiently. Deliver a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in every interaction. Respond promptly to internal and external communications
3. Team Collaboration: Foster positive working relationships across departments and contribute to a high-performing team culture by supporting collective targets and objectives.

The Candidate:

• APA (Accredited Product Advisor) required or in progress, full CIP desirable.
• Experience in a fast-paced sales/customer service environment.
• Excellent communicator with strong organisation, and multitasking skills
• Flexible, adaptable, and open to continuous change
