The Opportunity

As HR Administrator, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality people service across the organisation. You'll support day-to-day HR operations, payroll administration, recruitment processes, and employee queries while helping to improve systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle
• Assist with monthly payroll processes for Ireland and the UK
• Support employee benefits administration
• Help employees and managers with HR system queries
• Ensure payroll requests are completed accurately and on time
• Support recruitment and onboarding activity
• Maintain accurate employee data and records
• Assist with HR projects and process improvements

Is this you?

• At least 1 year of experience within an HR environment
• Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
