Head of HR - Part Time

You'll join a well-established business operating at scale in Ireland, leading a strong existing team and partnering closely with senior leadership. The Opportunity

As Head of HR, you will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to deliver a people agenda aligned to business growth and strategic priorities. You'll oversee a broad HR remit while providing practical, commercially focused leadership across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and leadership team on people strategy
• Lead and support an established HR team
• Oversee recruitment, reward, payroll and HR operations
• Drive performance management and succession planning initiatives
• Support organisational change and business growth plans
• Provide guidance on employee relations and employment law matters
• Use people data and insights to inform decisions
• Collaborate with wider group stakeholders on HR initiatives

• Significant senior-level HR leadership experience in a commercial environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at the executive level
• Practical, adaptable, and commercially minded approach to HR leadership

What's on offer

• €80,000 to €120,000 pro rata for three days.
