Senior Claims Assessor - Life

Working as part of a collaborative and experienced claims team, you'll play a key role in delivering fair and timely outcomes at critical moments for customers. The role

• Assess and sign off on complex life, critical illness, and income protection claims
• Provide coaching and support to junior team members
• Act as a key point of contact for customer, employer, and broker queries
• Ensure claims are processed accurately and in line with compliance standards
• Manage timelines to ensure efficient and timely claim outcomes
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the claims function
• Support leadership on key projects and strategic priorities

Is this you?

• Strong experience in claims assessment within life or protection products
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer outcomes
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage across stakeholders
